Privacy policy
The glasko.ai site processes personal data only when you request a demo. The site sets no cookies and does not measure visits.
Who processes the data
The controller is FULLO DOO, Beograd (Vračar), Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 130, Belgrade, Serbia, company reg. no. 06049168, tax ID 101601960 (Fullo). Glasko is a product of Fullo. Questions about your data: support@fullo.dev or +381 63 1338 565.
What we process
From the demo form: your full name, company name, email address and website address. With the request we record the time it was sent and the language of the page it came from.
Why and on what basis
To answer your request, prepare a demo on your site's catalogue and agree on the next step. The basis is your request, that is, steps you asked for before entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Sending a request does not sign you up for marketing messages.
Where the data is
The glasko.ai site does not store the form data. It forwards it to Fullo's inquiry system, the same one that receives inquiries from fullo.dev, on Fullo's server at the Hetzner data centre in Falkenstein, Germany. A notification email goes to the Fullo staff who answer inquiries, and you receive a confirmation that we have your request. The only recipients are Fullo and the hosting and email providers Fullo uses.
For how long
While your request is being handled, and at most 12 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
Protecting the form from abuse
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from automated programs without tracking cookies. It loads only when you start filling in the form; Cloudflare processes technical data about the device and connection. To limit the number of submissions we keep the sender's IP address only in the server's memory, for at most ten minutes.
Server logs
Like any web server, the site's server logs technical data about requests (IP address, time, requested address, browser) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are deleted after 14 days.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from third-party services.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, and you can object. Write to support@fullo.dev or +381 63 1338 565. If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
